Steam Treatment
This method helps to open up and cleanse pores, removing excess oil from the skin. Additionally, the steam helps to improve circulation and provide moisture to the facial skin.
Rice Bran Skin Care
Using rice bran for skin care helps to reduce melanin production and minimize dark spots on the skin.
Formula 1: Prepare 2 tablespoons of rice bran, 1 egg yolk (for dry skin) or 1 egg white (for oily skin), 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix these ingredients to create a paste and apply it to the face. Leave it on for 20 minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate the skin, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 1-2 times per week.
Formula 2: Prepare 2 tablespoons of rice bran, 2 tablespoons of white radish juice, oatmeal (can be replaced with glutinous rice flour). Mix the ingredients into a paste and apply it to the face. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Honey Skin Care
For honey skin care, simply mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 egg yolk or 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the face and incorporate gentle massage techniques.

To use red bean paste for skin care, mix red bean powder with fresh milk or water. Apply the mixture to the face, leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Breast milk is not only a valuable source of nutrition for babies but also a safe and effective natural skincare product. Breast milk contains essential vitamins and minerals that nourish the skin, making it smooth and radiant.
To use breast milk for skin care, prepare 1 tablespoon of breast milk and a small piece of absorbent cotton. Soak the cotton in breast milk, apply it to the face, and gently massage. Let it dry for 5 minutes, then repeat the process three times in a row. For the third application, let it dry for 15 minutes before rinsing the face with clean water.
