Hoang Thi Loan was born on February 6, 1995, in Ky Thuy village, Bich Hoa, Thanh Oai, the former Ha Tay province. With a passion for football from an early age, Loan and her friends tried out for the district football team and were accepted. She later joined the youth team of the Hanoi women’s football club.
