The Phong trì acupoint is situated behind the ear, in the depression behind the condyle and on the outer edge of the mastoid bone. To stimulate this acupoint, place two fingers on both sides of the acupoint while the other fingers support your head. Apply gentle pressure for 1 – 2 minutes until you feel warmth.

Hậu khê Acupoint

The Hậu khê acupoint is located on the back of the hand, in the depression behind the knuckle joint of the little finger. To stimulate this acupoint, use your thumb to press the opposite side of the acupoint with moderate pressure and hold for 1 – 2 minutes, then switch hands.

Gently rub the left side of your neck with your right hand, moving from top to bottom. Then, use your left hand to rub the right side of your neck, repeating this motion 15 times on each side.
Interlock your fingers and place them behind your neck. Perform a pulling and releasing motion 10 times.
Bow your head forward and use the palms of your hands to massage the front of your neck from top to bottom, repeating the motion 10 – 15 times.
Use your right thumb and index finger to pinch the muscles under your left armpit until you feel slight discomfort in your fingers. Switch hands and repeat the process.
