Use an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells from your face, paying extra attention to the nose and chin area. Apply a small amount of the scrub to your palm and gently massage it onto your face. Use gentle pressure during this step, then dip a sea sponge in water to wipe off the scrub.

Apply a small amount of massage cream to your palm, rub your hands together to warm the cream, making it easier to massage and allowing the nutrients to penetrate the skin deeply. When the cream is evenly distributed over your face, use both hands to gently massage in an upward motion to prevent skin sagging. Start from your neck to ensure that this area is also cared for, as it is prone to aging and often overlooked.

In the middle of your upper lip, use two fingers to lift and lower the corners of your mouth in a gentle rhythm.

Place your fingers at the sides of your nose and then slide them upwards to your temples.

Place your fingers around your eyes and gently stroke outward in an upward diagonal direction.

Use both thumbs to lightly close your eyelids and relax for a few seconds.

Use a sea sponge to remove the massage cream from your face.

After the facial massage, apply a suitable facial mask for your skin type and leave it on for about 20 minutes.

Use a clean cotton pad soaked in toner to gently wipe your face.

Apply a small amount of moisturizing cream to your fingers and gently pat it around your eyes.

Use a moisturizing cream to apply to your entire face and neck.

Note that before performing the massage process described above, you should ensure that your hands are clean. Additionally, only use safe and suitable essential oils and skincare products that you use daily. Furthermore, it’s important to wash your face with cold water to tighten the pores.
